Admissions
We are delighted that you are considering the British American School of Charlotte for the education of your child. The British American School of Charlotte attracts children both from the local and international communities. Therefore, from time to time children may be relocated abroad at short notice.
Our main intake is at the beginning of the academic year, but we are able to admit children as and when a space becomes available throughout the year. Places are offered on a first come first served basis (the relevant date being when the completed registration form, full paperwork and $150 fee are received by the admissions office). Please note, however, that the following will be taken into consideration: Siblings are given priority, although places cannot be guaranteed, we seek to maintain an even balance of the sexes, and may give priority to children of the minority sex where there is an imbalance in an individual class.
The British American School of Charlotte reserves the right to exclude children whose behaviour or educational needs cannot be met by the school. Unfortunately applications cannot be considered unless accompanied by the non refundable registration fee and all appropriate paperwork.
We have set below our current registration and enrolment procedures but would suggest that you contact our admissions office to receive a brochure and registration form or to arrange a visit, at your earliest convenience. Please contact:
