BSW Parent & Pupil Portal Instructions

• ­Go to http://portal.britishschool.org/washingtonportal 
• ­Enter your User Name and Password
• ­The first time you log on, you will be required to change your password.  Please make note of your password.
• ­ You will see the following menu.
  

• For each of your children, you can update pupil information & see the weekly timetable (for Years 7 and above only)

• On the Household Menu, you can update your household address, parent contact details & emergency contact details.
  

• ­ You MUST tick the “Publish in Online Directory” box if you want other parents to be able to see your information.
  

• Please note – there are 3 tabs for each parent.

• ­Search the parent & student directories using the drop-down menus to set the criteria.
