Tuition & Fees
At the British American School of Charlotte we do not believe that our families should have to have any financial surprises during the course of the school year. All of our income comes from our fees and we do not ask for donations or fundraising. Additional costs we anticipate that you will incur are for the school uniform and for class trips/special events, which typically occur once every six weeks and are optional. Unfortunately, as a new school, we are unable to provide any financial aid or sibling discounts for families with fewer than four children. However, we are delighted to admit children who receive scholarships from other sources, and can also put you in touch with organizations providing payment plan options.

* The three additional one time fees are:
- Registration (non refundable)
- Deposit (refundable after the first year if one full tem notice is received in writing)
- Development levy (non refundable one time payment for the development of the facilities and programmes)
Tuition fees are invoiced half yearly. The first half of these fees are invoiced in the May prior to the start of the school year and must be paid by June 1st. The second half of the fees are invoiced in November, with payment due by December 1st. If your child enters the school after the start of the academic year, payment will be due on receipt of invoice.
