Housing
In some areas rentals will be available but many families purchase properties.
There are many factors to consider when choosing an area to live; lifestyle, travel time to school, travel time to work, play dates etc. Please feel free to e-mail the Connections team to find out more about housing areas. Also, to get an idea of availability and prices of both rental and for sales properties we recommend www.har.com

The area is known for its architectural distinction, small-town character, and proximity to downtown. From the Woodland Heights on the southeast side of the Heights, you can see the downtown skyline from many of the area's second stories. Available homes vary from original bungalows to impressive new constructions, many which mirror the architecture of those grand Victorian mansions from times past. This diversity is reflected in home prices that range from below $100,000 to the high $700,000s.
